EVENT REFUND POLICY

General Refunds
A full refund, minus a $30 processing fee, will be granted only if the refund request is submitted at least 20 days prior to the event date. -
Cancellation by Organizer
If the event (Combine) is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to all registrants. -
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the event date. -
Late Refund Requests
Refund requests made within 7 days of the event date will not be accepted under any circumstances. -
No-Shows
No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend the event or fail to utilize the service without prior cancellation in accordance with the refund timeline.

Injuries & Medical Withdrawals
No refunds will be issued for injuries sustained before or during the event. Participation is voluntary, and all registrants assume the risk of injury inherent to athletic activity. -
Registration Transferability
Registrations are non-transferable and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another participant or future event unless explicitly approved by the organizer in writing.
